This creates a sense of calm and restoration to the whole body.
1. Individual Appointments Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not incur any charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the full treatment value. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment value.
2. Spa Day Packages / Multiple Treatments For spa day bookings, including packages or multiple treatments, 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged in full.
3. Group Bookings (3 or more guests) A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellation or amendment of group bookings. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. However, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other guests. Late arrivals will still be charged at the full treatment price.
5. Cancellation by The Spa In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund if applicable.

7. Gift Voucher Bookings If your appointment was made using a gift voucher and you cancel outside the required notice period (see above), the applicable fee will be deducted from your voucher balance.
If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, the voucher will be redeemed in full.
