Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellation or amendment of group bookings.
- We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointment
- Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge
- Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
- Group bookings or packages may require longer notice periods. Please check your specific booking confirmation for details.
